Potato Finger Rolls

Potato:3 Nos
Turmeric Powder:1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
All purpose flour(Maida):1 tsp
Green Chilli:2 or 3
Coriander Leaves:Few,Chopped
 lemon Juice:1/2 tsp
Bread Crumbs
Oil for frying
Preparation Method
1.Boil Potato by adding salt and turmeric powder in enough water.Mash it well.
2.Mix together mashed potatoes,chopped coriander leaves,green chilli,maida and lemon juice.
3.Shape the potato mixture into oval.Dip in the beaten egg and then roll in bread crumbs.
4.Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.Serve with Tomato ketchup.
