Kaipola

Ingredients
Banana/Nenthrappazham :3
Eggs:3
Sugar to taste
Cardamom powder:A pinch
Cashews and Raisins :few
Oil for frying
Ghee: 3 tsp

Preparation Method
1.Remove the outer skin of bananas and cut into cubes.
2.Heat oil in a pan and fry banana until golden brown colour.Keep aside.
3.In the same oil fry cashews and Raisins.Keep aside.
4.In a bowl beat eggs along with sugar and cardamom powder.
5.Add the fried banana into the egg mixture and combine well.
6.Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and pour the egg mixture into the pan.
7.Close the lid and cook in low flame,After 5 minutes sprinkle the fried cashews and raisins on top.
8.Cook 10 more minutes or until an inserted tooth pick came out clean.
9.Cut into pieces and serve hot..
