Chicken Bread Rolls

For Chicken Filling 
Boneless chicken:1/4 kg
Ginger: 1 small piece 

Green Chillies:2,sliced
1/4tsp Red chilli powder
1/4tsp Turmeric powder
1/2tsp Coriander powder
1/4tsp Garam masala powder

1/4tsp Fennel seeds powder
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
For Rolls
Bread Slices:8
Cream cheese for spreading
Bread crumbs
Oil: for frying
Preparation Method
1.Cook chicken  by adding a pinch of turmeric powder and salt,shred it with hand.
2.Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions and saute till transparent.
3.Add ginger,garlic and green chilli ,saute well and add the spice powders one by one and mix well.
4.When the raw smell goes away add the shredded chicken and mix well.
5.Add salt as per taste and add the chopped coriander leaves.
6.Fry it for few seconds and remove from flame.Keep it aside
7.Cut the 4 sides of bread slices..Keep them for making bread crumbs.
8.Using  a rolling pin roll the bread to thin.
9.Apply cream cheese on each the bread and put 1 tbsp chicken filling on this and roll the bread.
4.Seal both sides by pressing well.
5.Dip in beaten Eggs and roll in breadcrumbs and deep fry in oil.
