Brinjal / Vazhuthananga Bhaji

Gram Flour:1/2 Cup
Rice Powder: 1 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder:1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Curry leaves: few

Preparation Method
1.Slice the brinjal into round shape.
2.Apply little salt and chilli powder on these slices
3.Make a batter by mixing gram flour ,rice powder,chilli powder,salt ,curry leaves in enough water.
4.Heat oil in a pan ,Dip each brinjal slices in the batter and deep fry in oil.,Serve Hot..
