Ghee Roast / Ney Roast

Raw rice:2 Cups
Urad Dal:1 Cup
Cooked Rice:One handful
Fenugreek seeds:1/4 tsp
Ghee :1/2 tsp per dosa
Salt as needed
Water as required
Preparation Method
1.Soak rice urad dal separately for about 8 hours.
2.Add fenugreek seeds to rice while soaking. 
3.Grind rice along with cooked rice by adding enough water.It shiould not be watery.Transfer this to a steel container.
4.Grind urad dal and transfer to the same container.
5.Add salt and keep it overnight to ferment.
6.Check the water consistency ,if it is too thick adjust by adding little water.
7.Heat a non stick pan.pour one ladle full of batter in the middle and do circular motions clock wise.Spread it to a thin dosa.
8.Pour some ghee over the dosa,when it becomes light golden color remove from the pan and transfer to a plate.
9.Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
