Crispy Corn Fritters

Corn Fritters..A super snack for summer and may a be a perfect way to use corn as a starter.
The preparation method is easy and only take a few ingredients which we most have already in our kitchen.
Corn Kernels:1 Cup
All purpose Flour:3/4 Cup
Corn Flour:1/4 Cup
Red Chilli powder or pepper flakes:1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Vegetable Oil:For deep frying
Tomato Ketchup:2-3 tsp
Preparation Method
1.Cook the Corn in a pressure cooker up to 2 whistles,by adding little salt.(or until half cooked)
2.In a bowl mix flour,cooked corn,beaten egg and salt.(if you want it spicy add little Red Chilli powder or pepper flakes).
3.Combine well and prepare a thick batter by adding needed water to the above mixture.
4.Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan and drop batter by spoonfuls into hot oil and fry until golden brown.(flipping over halfway) .Place on paper towels and serve hot with some sauce or ketchup.

1.The use of egg is optional.Instead use little more water while preparing the batter.
