Chilli Chicken Fry

Chicken:1/4 Kg
Ginger garlic paste:1/4 tsp
Corn Flour:1/2 tsp 
All purpose flour:1/4 tsp
Soy sauce:1 tsp
Tomato sauce:1 tsp
Vinegar/ lemon juice:1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Red food color:A Pinch
Coriander Leaves:few for garnishing
Preparation Method
1.Clean and cut chicken into small cube size pieces.
2.Make a smooth paste with corn flour,ginger garlic paste,all-purpose flour,,soy sauce,tomato sauce,vinegar, food color and salt.
3.Add this paste to the chicken pieces and combine well.Let it rest for few hours.
4.Heat enough oil in a frying pan,once oil becomes hot drop the marinated chicken pieces and fry until golden brown.
5.Remove from heat and dry in a kitchen towel.
6.Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon.Serve and Enjoy..
