Carrot Pudding

Milk:1/2 Liter
Condensed Milk / Milk Maid:1/4 Tin
Sugar to taste
Carrot:2 small
China grass:10 gram
Roasted Cashews:few for decoration
Honey:1 spoon(optional)

Preparation Method
1.Boil the carrots in a saucepan ,cut and grind them in a mixer by adding little water and keep it aside.
1.Boil milk by adding condensed milk and sugar,stirring continuously.
3.Meanwhile ,in a pan, heat the washed china grass in little water, stir well till it dissolves completely
4.Strain it to the milk mixture, combine well.
5.Add the carrot mix to the milk mixture and and mix well.
6.Remove from heat and pour into pudding mold.
7.Allow it to cool and refrigerate for few hours,,decorate with roasted cashews and spoon a little honey  on top.Serve chilled....!!!
