Chicken Pulao

Basmati Rice/Long grained rice:1 1/2 Cup,soaked
Boneless chicken:500 grams,cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
Yogurt:1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Oil:4 tsp
Cumin Seeds:1/4 tsp
Cinnamon:2 inch piece
Onion:2 medium,sliced
Tomato:3 medium,chopped
Red Chilli Powder:3/4 tsp
Chicken Stock:3 Cup

Fried Honey Banana

An easy and tasty preparation for Kids..
Ripe Banana:1
Butter:1 tsp
Honey:1 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder:A pinch
Preparation Method
1.Peel the banana and slice into 1/2 inch thick pieces.
2.Heat butter in a Non-stick pan and add the sliced bananas followed by honey and cinnamon powder.
3.Saute for few minutes and remove from fire.
4.Fried honey banana is ready to serve.

Crispy Corn Fritters

Corn Fritters..A super snack for summer and may a be a perfect way to use corn as a starter.
The preparation method is easy and only take a few ingredients which we most have already in our kitchen.
Corn Kernels:1 Cup
All purpose Flour:3/4 Cup
Corn Flour:1/4 Cup
Red Chilli powder or pepper flakes:1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Vegetable Oil:For deep frying
Tomato Ketchup:2-3 tsp

Watermelon Lemonade / Watermelon Cooler

Watermelon is a thirst quenching fruit and a drink using this is super suit for this summer.Here am posting a refreshing drink with watermelon,lemon and ginger.The use of ginger is optional,just to get a punch to the lemonade.
Watermelon Chunks:About 5-6 medium pieces.
Lemon Juice:1/2 tsp
Ginger:A small piece(optional)
Sugar to taste.
