Veeshiyappam / Egg Dosa

Basmati Rice:1 Cup
Coconut Milk:1 Cup
Water as needed
Salt to taste
 1.Soak rice in water at least for 6 hours.
2.Grind rice in Coconut Milk.Add water also.The batter should be watery.
3.Heat a non stick pan on medium flame, apply some oil  and pour one ladle full of batter ,swirl the pan circularly with our wrist, to spread the batter around the surface.Cover and cook..(need not flip over) 
4.Serve hot with Chicken Curry ,Potato Curry etc
