Spicy Chicken Fry

Ingredients
Chicken :1/4 kg Cut into medium pieces
Ginger garlic paste:1/2 tsp
Red Chilli powder:2 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves:few
Green chilli:3
Coconut oil:1/2 cup
Curd:1 tsp
Preparation Method
1.Mix Red Chilli powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,salt and grind by adding little water to make a smooth paste.
2.Mix this paste with chicken.
3.Add curd and combine till the spice paste and curd coated well with chicken pieces.
4. Marinate this mixture for 1 hour.
5.Heat Coconut oil in a pan,fry the chicken pieces in medium flame.
6.When the chicken is half done add green chilli(need not slit)and curry leaves.
7.Serve hot and Enjoy!!!  

Tip:
1.Instead of curd you can use Lemon juice.
2. Add little rice powder to make it crispy.
3. It is better to keep the marinated chicken in refrigerator.
