Pepper Chicken

I am sure all the Non-Veg Lovers will like this Spicy South indian Dish.The use of ground pepper will gives the curry a nice aroma and of course super taste.This is made with simple and basic ingredients and will not take more time to cook.You can adjust the spice level according to your taste.

Off to the Recipe...

Chicken:1/4 kg,cleaned and cut
Onion:1 big ,sliced
Pepper Corn:Crushed1 tsp

Coriander Powder:3/4 tsp 
Turmeric powder:1/4 tsp
Red Chilli powder:1/4 tsp 
Fennel powder:1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste:1 tsp
Lemon juice:1/2 tsp 
Cinnamon stick:1
Salt to taste
Curry leaves :few 
Coriander Leaves:for garnishing

Preparation Method
1.Marinate Chicken with lemon juice ,Ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and salt.Keep aside.
2. Heat oil in pan,add onions.Saute until soft.
3.Add tomatoes,when the become mushy add all powders.Saute until the raw smell disappears.
4.Add marinated chicken along with crushed pepper and salt.
5.Mix well,Cover and cook unbtil the chicken is done.
6.Add Lemon juice and Curry Leaves,Combine well and Switch off the stove..  
7.Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot with Chapathi,Naan or Rice.
