Orange Cake

All purpose flour:1 Cup
Baking powder:1/4 tsp
Unsalted Butter:40 gm
Sugar :1 Cup
Orange Zest:1 1/2 tsp (chopped finely) 
Cardamom powder:A pinch
Orange juice:1/2 Cup
Preparation Method
1.In a bowl combine together all purpose flour,baking powder and salt.Keep it aside.
2.In another bowl,beat sugar and butter till creamy.Add cardamom powder and orange zest and combine well.
3.Add eggs(one by one)to this and beat well.
4.Add orange juice and dry mix(flour mixture) alternatively to the egg mixture and beat well.
5.Add the chopped pistachios to the prepared batter and combine.
6.Heat a non stick pan add little butter.Pour the batter into the pan on high flame.
7.After few seconds keep the flame low and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes or till a tooth pick inserted at the center of cake comes out clean. 
8.Slice and Enjoy!!!

Tip:You can also use vanilla essence instead of cardamom powder.
