King Fish Curry

Ingredients
King Fish:3 large pieces
Onion:1 medium size,sliced
Green chilli:2
Tomato :3 chopped
Turmeric powder:1/4 tsp
Chilli powder: 2 tsp
Coriander powder:1/2 tsp
Raw Mango:4-5 medium pieces
For Masala 
Turmeric powder:1/4 tsp
Chilli powder: 2 tsp
Coriander powder:1/2 tsp
Ginger :A small piece
Garlic :4-5

Preparation Method
1.Wash and drain the fish on a colander.
2.In a wok heat the oil and fry sliced onions till golden brown.
3.Add Tomato and green chilli and saute until the tomatoes become mushy. 
4.Make a smooth paste with the ingredients under For Masala and add to the pan.Saute until the raw smell disappears.
6.Add enough water and allow to boil
7.Add cleaned fish and mix with curry (take care not to break the fish piece)  ,cover and cook for few minutes.
8.Uncover the top and add diced mangoes,again cover and cook until done.
9.Heat small onion and curry leaves in coconut oil until the onions turn brown color and pour into the curry.
