Coffee Pudding

I am a coffee lover..!!!. Love the aroma spreads while making coffee.The smell of coffee triggers feelings of wakefulness.
I guarantee ,the coffee lovers  will love this!.

Milk:1/4 liter
Condensed milk:1/4 tin
Sugar:as needed
Agar-agar /China grass strands: 6 g
Instant Coffee powder:1/2 tsp

Hot water:2 tsp
Pearl balls:few optional(for decoration)
Preparation Method
1.Mix coffee powder in hot water and keep it aside.
2.Boil milk by adding condensed milk and sugar,stirring continuously.
3.Meanwhile ,in a pan, heat the washed china grass in little water, stir well till it dissolves completely
4.Strain it to the milk mixture, combine well.
5.Add the coffee mix to the milk mixture and and mix well.
6.Remove from heat and pour into dessert cups.
7.Let it cool down and refrigerate for about 6 hours ,spoon a little coffee on top and decorate with pearl balls.Serve chilled.

1.Instead of china grass you can also use gelatin.
2.Instead of milk you can use fresh cream or 1/2 milk and 1/2 cream.
3.Increase the ingredients according to your requirement.
