Cauliflower / Gopi Fry

Ingredients
Cauliflower florets - 1 Cup
Corn Flour - 1 tsp

Maida / All Purpose flour - 1 tsp
Ginger-Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp

Lemon Juice - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp 
Salt - As per taste
Baking soda - A pinch (optional)
Oil - For frying 

Preparation Method

1.Heat water in a saucepan by adding salt.Immerse the cauliflower florets in it and boil it for 2 minutes to remove worms and dirt. Drain water from florets and allow it to cool.
2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients (except oil) together.Mix the cauliflower florets well with the powders and keep aside for 10 minutes.

3.Heat a pan on medium flame and deep fry the florets until it turns golden brown.
    Serve hot as a starter ,snack or side dish!!!

Tip:You can add curry leaves to increase the flavor.
