Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Oats are generally consideted healthy due to their rich content of several essential nutrients.The established property of their cholesterol-lowering effects has led to acceptance of oats as a health food.Adding oats to banana and milk makes it perfectly sippable providing that nutrient boost and help you to nourish through the day 

Oatmeal:1/2 Cup
Banana:1 Cut into third
Milk:1/2 Cup
Honey:1 tsp
Sugar to taste
Pistachios:few (optional)
Preparation Method
1.In a blender,combine oatmeal,banana,milk,honey.Blend until smooth.
2.Pour into a serving glass 
3.Top with pistachios (optional)and serve immediately.
