Tomato Chutney


Tomato:1 1/2,Chopped
Green Chillies:2
Garlic paste:1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves:few
Turmeric powder:A pinch
Red Chilli powder:1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard Seeds:1/4 tsp

Oil:1/4 tsp
Lemon juice;1/2 tsp
Preparation Method
1.Blend tomatoes along with chopped onion, green chillies and coriander leaves. Blend until smooth.
2.Heat the oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds then add the garlic paste, followed by the blended tomato mix.Add chilli powder ,salt and turmeric powder.
3.Cook  on gentle heat until the chutney is thick and begins to release some of the oil on the sides.
4.Add the lemon juice, give it a final stir and remove from fire.
