Mushroom Curry-Kerala Style

Mushroom/Koon :1 Cup,Chopped
Onion:1 medium size,chopped
Green Chilli:3
Ginger-Garlic Paste:1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder:1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder:1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves:few
Coconut Oil:1 spoon

Small Onion:4-5 chopped
Salt to taste

Preparation Method
1.Wash and remove outer skin of mushrooms. Slice them(with hand) into thin pieces. 2.Pressure cook mushrooms along with sliced onion, green chilli, ginger-Garlic paste,salt and spice powders.
3.Heat oil in a pan, add chopped small onions and curry leaves, when onions become brown pour onto the curry.
