Chembu / Taro Curry

Baby Taro/Arbi /Chembu:1 cup,peeled and diced
Yoghurt/curd:1 cup
Grated coconut:4 tsp
Red chilli powder:a pinch
Turmeric powder:1/4 tsp
Curry leaves:1 spring
Garlic:3 cloves
Jeera/cumin seeds:1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds:1/4 tsp

Dry red chilli:3
Coconut oil:2 tsp
Salt to taste
Preparation Method
1.Cook the chembu pieces along with red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt in a deep pan or pressure cooker.
2.Blend curd along with grated coconut, jeera and garlic in little water (it should be a creamy consistency)
3.Add this to the curry and bring to boil,remove from heat.
4.In a pan pour oil,splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry red chilli and add this to the above.
5.Serve hot with rice.
