Vanilla Custard

Custard Powder:5 to 6 tsp
(I used Foster Clark's Custard Powder)
Milk:1/2 liter
Sugar to taste
Cashews  :few(Roasted)
Ghee:3 tsp
Vanilla Essence:3 or 4 drops

Preparation Method
1.Dissolve custard powder in 1/4 cup milk and keep aside.
2.Boil Milk by adding sugar.
3.When it reaches to boiling point add the dissolved custard.
4.Stir well till it thicken and switch off the flame.
5.Add vanilla essence and mix well.
6.Pour the mixture into a pudding tray and top with ghee roasted cashews.
7.Keep in refrigerator for some time and serve chilled.
