Thari Pola / Rava Pola / Semolina Cake

Semolina / Rava :1/2 Cup 
Sugar:6 tsp
Cardamom powder   :A pinch
Ghee:1 tsp         
Cashew nuts:few    
Preparation Method
1.Roast semolina for few minute at low flame and allow it to cool.
2.Blend / Beat Eggs along with sugar and cardamom powder.
3.Mix this with fried semolina and add 2 tsp of ghee,Combine well.
4.Heat a deep bottomed non stick pan and add 1 tsp ghee,pour the mixture into the pan and close the lid.
5.After few seconds open the lid and add cashew nuts and close lid.
6.Keep the pan in low flame for about 15 minutes or till an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
