Pazham Nirachath / Stuffed Banana

Grated Coconut:3/4 Cup
Sugar:3 tsp
Cashew nuts:few,chopped 
Cardamom powder:A pinch
All purpose flour:3/4 Cup
Oil for frying
Preparation Method
1.Roast grated coconut along with chopped cashews,cardamom powder and sugar.keep aside.
2.Cut banana into two width wise.Make a long slit lengthwise without cutting the ends.
3.Widen the cut and fill coconut mix into it.
4.Prepare a paste with all purpose flour using little water.
5.Apply this paste on coconut filled part.
6.Make a batter with all purpose flour,a pinch of salt,sugar,turmeric powder by using enough water.
(The batter should not be too loose or too thick)
7.Dip the stuffed bananas in this batter.
8.Fry them in hot oil till golden color.Drain and serve hot.
(Step 6 and 7 are optional.You can also fry the bananas without dipping in the batter)
