Cabbage Pakkoda


Ingredients
Besan /gram flour/chick pea flour:1/2 Cup
Rice flour:1/4 Cup
Green chilly:2,finely chopped
Red chilly powder:1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste:1/4 tsp
Onion:1, sliced
Cabbage:2 cups,Sliced
Curry leaves:few
salt to taste
Water:1/2 Cup
Oil for deep frying
Preparation Method
1.Combine all the ingredients except oil.Mix well to form a slightly hard batter.
2.Heat oil in  a pan.Once the oil is hot drop the batter into oil with hand to form small fritters.
3.Deep fry until golden brown.
