Avil Milk

Roasted avil / Rice flakes :1/2 cup 
Cold milk :2 cups
Ripe banana (Poovan Pazham or Cheru Pazham) :2 nos
Sugar to taste
Peanuts :1/4 cup
Crushed cashews :1/4 cup(optional) 

 Preparation Method
1.Mash well the bananas with a spoon.Add sugar and milk into this and mix well.
2.Take a glass. Add this mix into the glass.(up to half of the glass)
3.Then add some roasted rice flakes,peanuts and crushed cashews.
4.Again pour some banana mix.
5.Then add remaining rice flakes,peanuts and cashews on top.
