Potato Baji

Besan/Chickpea flour:1/2 cup
Chilli powder:1/2 tsp
Baking soda:A pinch (optional)
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry
Preparation Method
1.Slice the potato into round thin shape.
2.Sprinkle some salt and chilli powder over potato slices and mix with hand.
3.Prepare a batter with flour,chilli powder,soda,salt and enough water.
4.Heat oil in a pan. When oil is ready to fry, dip each  potato slice in the batter and fry it about 5 minutes till color changes.
