Koova Kurukkiyathu

Ingredients
 Arrowroot Powder/Koova Podi :1 cup
 Grated Jaggery : ¾ cup
Grated  Coconut :1/4 Cup(Optional)
Cardamom Powder: a pinch
Water : 2 1/4  cup
Preparation Method
1.Mix the arrowroot powder in 1 1/2 Cup of water,Combine well.Heat this on medium flame and keep stirring.
2. Meanwhile heat the jaggery in remaining water.Let it Keep boiling on low flame.
3.The arrowroot mixture will start thickening and will change the color.
4.Now strain the jaggery syrup and stir well.
5.Add Cardamom powder and grated coconut ,mix well and remove from fire.
6.Serve hot or cold.
