Home Made Garlic Mayonnaise (Garlic Sauce)

Mayonnaise is a  creamy sauce often used as a condiment. It is a stable emulsion of oil, egg and either vinegar or lemon juice, with many options for embellishment with other herbs and spices.Here am using Garlic.Garlic sauce is a common dip served with many Arabian or Lebanese chicken dishes.Try this quick and tasty recipe of  garlic mayonnaise.

Egg white of 2 Eggs
Garlic:4 pods
Sunflower oil:1 Cup
Vinegar or Lemon Juice:1/2 tsp
Salt:A pinch
Preparation Method
1.In a mixer add garlic ,egg white and salt,run it for few seconds.
2.Pour the oil in very slowly (1/4th at a time) and run again.
3.Add little lemon juice/Vinegar in to the mixer and run the mixer again.
4.Repeat step 2 and 3 until the sauce is thicker.Garlic sauce is ready to use.
5.If you want to store this,transfer into an air tight container and store in refrigerator.
