Elaneer / Tender Coconut Pudding

Ingredients
Milk:1/2 Liter
Tender coconut pulp: of 2
Condensed milk :  1/2 tin
China grass:   10 gm

Tender coconut water:1 cup
Sugar : ¾ cup

Preparation Method
1.Blend the pulp in tender coconut water.
2.In a heavy bottomed saucepan, boil milk by adding condensed milk and sugar,stirring continuously.
3.Meanwhile,in another pan ,Melt china grass in tender coconut water.
4.Add blended pulp to the milk mixture,combine well.
5.Strain the dissolved china grass to this ,mix well and remove from fire.
6.Allow it to cool,Refrigerate and serve
