Stuffed Bread Pakkoda

Bread : 4-5 slices
Oil for frying
For the filling
Potatoes:3,(boiled by adding salt and turmeric powder)
Green chili:2, finely chopped
Coriander leaves:few,chopped
Asafoetida:a pinch
Chilli powder:1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Tomato sauce:5 tsp
Cheese :5 tsp
For the batter
Besan / gram flour
Red chilli powder:1/2 tsp 
Coriander leaves:few
Water as needed
Salt to taste

Preparation Method
1.Mash well the boiled potatoes.Add coriander leaves, green chili, chili powder and salt to it and mix well.Keep aside.
2.Slice bread into triangle shape.Apply  little tomato sauce on one bread slice and 2 tsp of potato mixture on top of it.Apply cheese on another slice of bread and cover the mixture with this and just press slightly on the top.In the same way do with all bread slices.
3.Prepare a batter with gram flour by adding enough water,red chilli powder, coriander leaves, asafoetida and salt.
4.Heat oil in a pan,dip each bread sandwiches in the batter and fry until crisp and golden brown.
5.Serve hot or warm with some tomato sauce..
