Steamed Irachi Pathiri

 For Meat Mixture
Chicken:4-5 Medium Pieces.
Onion:2 medium,chopped
Chopped Ginger and  Garlic: 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder:1/2 tsp
Pepper powder: 1 tsp
Chilly powder: 1/3 tsp
Coriander powder:1/2 tsp

Chopped Coriander leaves:few
Salt to taste

For the dough
Rice Flour:1/2 cup
Water :1/2 cup
Salt:A pinch

Preparation Method
Meat Mixture
1.Cook chicken along with salt, turmeric powder and half of pepper powder.
2.Once cool shred the chicken using hand.
3.Heat oil in a pan add chopped ginger followed by  garlic and green chilli ,saute for few seconds and add chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
4.Add all powders and salt and saute until the raw smell disappears.Add shredded chicken and cook until everything is well mixed.Add coriander leaves and stop fire.Keep aside.
1.Add salt to water and boil,When it starts boiling, add the rice flour and mix well with a spoon and remove from fire.
2.knead it into a smooth dough.(Add hot water if needed)
Final Assembling
1.Take small portions from the dough and flatten into small pathiris.(use chappathi board or rolling pin)
2.Place some meat mixture on the center of a pathiri and place another pathiri on top of it.Press and seal the edges well with hand or back of a fork.
3.Steam cook for about 8-10 minutes.
