Rava Kanji / Thari Kanji

Ingredients
Rava/Semolina: 3 tsp
Vermicelli :2 tsp(broken)
Milk:1 Cup
Coconut Milk:1/2 cup
Water:1 cup
Cardamom:1
Salt :a pinch
Sugar to taste

Ghee:1 1/2 tsp
Small onion:3,chopped
Cashew nuts and raisins:few nos
Preparation Method
1.Heat water in a saucepan and add semolina ,vermicelli and smashed cardamom.Stir continuously till the mixture thickens.
2.Add milk,sugar and salt and keep stirring till the milk boils.3
3.Add coconut milk, stir for few seconds and remove from fire.
4.Heat ghee in a pan,add small onions,raisins and cashew nuts,saute till onions turns golden in color.
5.Pour this to the semolina mix and serve warm or chilled.
