Meat Box

Ingredients For Meat Mixture
Chicken:4-5 Medium Pieces.
Onion:2 medium,chopped
Ginger Garlic paste: 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder:1/2 tsp
Pepper powder: 1 tsp
Chilly powder: 1/3 tsp
Garam masala:3/4 tsp
Chopped Coriander leaves:few
Salt to taste

Preparation Method
1.Cook chicken along with salt, turmeric powder and half of pepper powder.
2.Once cool shred the chicken using hand.
3.Heat oil in a pan add chopped ginger followed by chopped garlic and green chilli ,saute for few seconds and add chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
4.Add all powders and salt and saute until the raw smell disappears.Add shredded chicken and cook until everything is well mixed.Add corainder leaves and stop fire.Keep aside.

Ingredients For Pancake
Maida:1/2 cup
Water as required
1.Blend all the ingredients to make a smooth batter.(The batter should be loose)
Ingredients For Final Assembling

Salt:A pinch
Coriander leaves:few(Optional)
Oil/Ghee:3 tsp
1.Beat egg and add salt and coriander leaves into it.
2.Heat a nonstick pan and pour some batter,spread nicely with the ladle. Allow to cook few seconds and transfer to a plate.
3.Place the filling on the center and fold from four sides to get a box shape.
4.Heat another pan and add some oil or ghee ,Dip the box in beaten egg and shallow fry in the oil.
5.Serve with tomato ketchup.
