Mango Pudding

Ingredients
Milk :1/2 litre, Boiled and cooled
Sugar to taste
China grass / Agar Agar:10 gm
Mango crush / Mango pulp:5 to 6 tsp
Water as required.

Preparation Method
1.Soak Agar agar in water for 10 minutes.
2.Boil it in low flame , stir  well till the agar agar dissolves completely.
3.Meanwhile heat the milk and add sugar and mango pulp to it.Strain the agar agar into the milk and cook for 5 minutes,stirring continuously and stop fire.
4.Pour into the mold and allow it to cool.Once cooled refrigerate for setting.After that demould it into the serving plate,cut into pieces and serve.
