Avocado Dates Smoothie


Ingredients
Avocado:1/2
Dates:5-7
Milk:2 cup
Sugar to taste
Ice cubes:2
Preparation Method
1.Soak dates in 1/4 cup milk for half an hour.
2.Scoop out the flesh part of avocado and blend in milk with soaked dates(after removing seeds) by adding enough sugar.
3.Pour in glasses ,add ice cubes and serve.
