Beef Ada

For Filling
Beef:1/2 kg(Cooked by adding little turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt)
Ginger garlic paste:1/2 tsp
Green chilli:5,chopped
Turmeric powder:1/2 tsp
Garam masala:1/2 tsp
Fennel powder:1/4 tsp
Salt:a pinch
Curry leaves:few
Coriander leaves:few
Oil:As required

Preparation Method
1.Heat oil in pan, add onion and saute until translucent.
2.Add ginger garlic paste ,green chilli and saute for few minutes.
3.Add all powders, salt and mix.
4.Shred the cooked beef and add to this masala followed by curry leaves and coriander leaves.mix well for few seconds and remove from fire.
For Dough
Maida/Wheat flour:1/2 cup
Water as needed
Salt:a pinch
Preparation Method
1.Mix flour with enough water and salt and make a smooth dough.
2.Make small balls out of this dough and flatten it using a rolling pin.
3.Place the filling in the flattened poori,apply little water on the edges and fold it into a crescent shape and press the edges with back of a spoon or fork.
4.Heat oil in kadai and deep fry until golden brown.
