Avocado / Butter Fruit Pudding



Ingredients
Avocado:2,(Ripe)
Milk:1/2 liter+ 1/4 cup
Condensed milk:1/2 tin
Sugar:If needed
Agar-agar /China grass strands:8g
Water:1/4 cup,for melting agar-agar
Baby Cashews and Tutti fruttis:few,for decoration.

Preparation method
1.Cut the avocados and take out the flesh.Blend it with 1/4 cup milk.
2.Boil 1/2 liter milk by adding condensed milk and sugar (if needed),stirring continously.Once boiled remove from the heat.
3.Add the avocado paste to the milk and combine well.Blend this mixture
again to make a smooth constituency and heat on low flame.
4.Meanwhile ,in a pan, heat china grass and water, wait till it dissolves completely and strain it to the avocado mixture and combine well,Remove from heat.
5.Pour the mixture into the pudding tray and sprinkle some baby cashews
and tutti fruttis on top.Once cooled keep in refrigerator for few hours and serve chilled.
