Scrambled Egg with Bell Pepper

Ingredients
Eggs: 2
Sliced Onions:1 medium
Chopped Tomatoes:1/2 cup
Diced bell peppers/capsicum:1/2 of 1 big capsicum
Chopped Red Chillies: 2
Salt:to taste
Pepper:1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder:1/4 tsp
Oil:1 tbsp


Preparation Method
1. Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Saute onions and red chillies till the onions become translucent.
3. Add tomatoes and saute till they are cooked.
4.Next, add capsicum and saute for a few minutes till they are soft.
5. Add 1/4 tsp turmeric along with little salt and stir for a minute.
6. Pour the beaten eggs. Scramble well once it begins to set.
7. Serve with bread or rice or have it as such.
