Mudira /Horse Gram Thoran

Mudira /Horse Gram:1 cup
Grated Coconut:1/4 cup
Turmeric powder:1/4 tsp
Chilli powder:1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Red Chilli:3
Mustard seeds:1/4 tsp
Small Onion_3-5,chopped
Curry leaves:few
Coconut oil:2 tsp
Preparation Method
1.Soak mudira in water for at least 5-6 hours.
2.Cook it in a pressure cooker with little salt and required water.
3.Grind grated coconut with garlic,turmeric and chilli powder.
4.Heat oil in a pan splutter mustard seeds, add small onions and red chillies a.Saute until onions turned into brown. Add cooked mudira ,curry leaves and coconut mixture.Stir fry for few minutes and stop fire...
