Milk-Coffee Layer Pudding

China grass:10 g
Milk:1/2 liter
Condensed Milk:1/2 tin
Instant Coffee powder:1/4 tsp
Sugar to taste

Preparation Method
1.Soak the China grass in water for 10 minutes.
2.Prepare coffee by boiling 1/4 cup of water and adding sugar and coffee powder into it. Keep aside.
2.Boil the milk by adding sugar and when comes to the boiling point add condensed milk,stir continuously.
3.Meanwhile boil the china grass in little water and stir well till it dissolves completely.
4.Strain it to the milk,mix well and remove from fire.
5.Pour 3/4th of the milk mixture into the pudding tray and once cooled keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
6.Mix the coffee with remaining milk mixture and heat again for few seconds and pour carefully onto the top of milk pudding as a second layer.
7.Again keep in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.Invert into a plate.
Cut into slices and serve..
