Dried shrimp / Unakka chemmeen and mango curry

Dried shrimps:1/2 cup
Unripe mango: 3/4th of a big one, cut to pieces
Chili powder:2 tsp
Turmeric powder:1/2 tsp
Coriander powder:1/2 tsp
Green chili:3
Ginger: 1 small piece,diced
Shallots:, diced
Curry leaves:2 springs
Salt to taste

For paste
Grated Coconut:3/4 cup
Perumjeerakam:1/4 tsp
For Seasoning
Coconut oil

Preparation Method
1.Wash and dry roast the dried shrimps. Grind it and make powder.
2.In a pan cook mango along with tomato and green chilli,chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,ginger,salt by adding 2 cups of water.
3.Cook until the mangoes are cooked well and most of the water is used.
4.Meanwhile, grind grated coconut along with shallots and jeera by adding water to make a smooth paste.Once mangoes are cooked add this to the curry.Add little more water to get a semi thick gravy . Bring to a boil, and and the powdered dried shrimp.Lower heat and cook for minutes. Check salt to taste. Turn off the stove.
5.Heat coconut oil in a pan, add shallots and brown it on lower heat and add this to the curry.
