Chakka Puzhukku / Chakka Ularth

Ingredients
Unripe jack fruit:1/4 th of a medium jack fruit, cleaned, pitted and roughly chopped
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Garlic:8–10 pods,chopped
Small onion:8,chopped
Green chillies:3
Curry leaves:1 – 2 sprigs
Coconut oil:3 tbsp
Red chillies:3
Salt to taste
Preparation Method
1.Pressure cook the chopped jack fruit with enough water,turmeric powder,green chillies and salt.
2.Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic,small onions and curry leaves,red chillies and saute for 2 minutes.
3.Pour this to the jack fruit, mix and  mash well...
