Caramal Custard

Milk:400 ml
Sugar to taste and to caramelize
Vanilla essence:1/2 tsp

Preparation Method
1.Heat quarter cup of sugar in a thick-bottomed pan.No need to stir.Wait till the sugar caramelizes. Pour the caramel into a mold and allow it to cool.
2.Mix milk,sugar,eggs and vanilla essence and blend.Strain the mixture into the mold with caramel and cover with aluminum foil.
3.Heat little water in a pressure cooker or a deep bottomed nonstick pan.Place the mold inside the pan and cover with lid.If using pressure cooker remove the weight. Steam for 20-25 minutes.
4.Keep in refrigerator for some time..and serve ,inverting it into a plate(caramel side up)
