Black Forest Cake

Ingredients for cake
All purpose flour:1/2 cup
Cocoa powder:1/2 cup
Baking powder:1 tsp
Powdered sugar:1 1/2 cups
Melted butter:50g
Vanilla Essence:2 tbsp
For sugar syrup

Water:1/2 cup
Sugar:5-8 tsp

For Topping
Whipping cream :200g
Cherries(as much as u want)
Chocolate Bar:1 

Preparation Method
1.Mix flour,cocoa powder and baking powder, sieve together three times and keep aside.
2.Beat the eggs with electric beater until fluffy.
3.Add finely powdered sugar ,melted butter and vanilla essence in to the beaten eggs and beat again till it becomes light cream color.
4.Add the flour mixture by mixing slowly using a wooden spoon.(Folding method).
5.Grease the cake tin using butter and flour and Pour the batter in to it.
6.Steam cook or bake the cake.(If baking pre- heat the oven to 170 degree Celsius and bake the cake for 45 minutes.)
7.Turn it out from the baking tin and allow it to cool. Once cooled slice it in to 2 or 3 layers of the same shape .(Be careful while slicing.)
8.Make sugar syrup using water and sugar .Let it boil and allow it to thick.Cool the syrup.
9.Spread sugar syrup all over the cake layers slowly and let the syrup soak in properly.
10.Now beat well the whipping cream using a beater.Then refrigerate the cream for about 15 minutes.
11.Place the bottom layer in a tray.Spread the whipped cream all over the layer and place sliced cherries on top of it .Now place the second layer on top of the bottom layer spread the cream and cherries as above..After that place the top layer,spread and cover the whole cake with whipped cream.
12.Now grate the the chocolate bar and sprinkle it all over the cake.Decorate the cake with cherries.
