Apple Custard

Apple : 1 medium sized
Milk : 1 1/2 cup
Custard Powder:3-4 tsp
Sugar : 4 to 5 tbsp
Preparation Method
1.Heat a saucepan and bring one cup of milk to boil. Add sugar and stir well.
2.Dissolve the custard powder in the remaining milk and pour it to the boiling milk.
3.Stir it continuously on low flame and cook till the custard thickens.
4.Remove from fire allow it to cool.
5.Remove the outer skin and chop the apple into small pieces.
6.Add to the custard and refrigerate for few hours. Serve cold.
