Raw Rice:2 cups
Rice flour:2-3 tsp
Coconut milk:1–1.5 cup
Sugar to taste
Black sesame seeds:1 tsp
Salt: A pinch
Oil required for deep frying
Achappam mold

Preparation Method
1.Soak rice for 4-5 hours.
2.Grind well and mix with beaten eggs,rice flour,coconut milk, sugar, black sesame seeds and salt. The batter should be thick as that of dosa batter. Keep the batter aside for half an hour.
3.Heat oil in a deep pan. Dip the mold in hot oil until it is hot.Then dip mold in the batter and then again dip in the hot oil. As achappam form shake the mold slightly (or separate it with a fork). Fry both sides until golden brown and drain onto a paper towel. Repeat until the batter is finished.
