Veg Hakka Noodles / Veg Chowmein

Ingredients
Hakka Noodles :150 gm
Onion:1,sliced
Carrot:1,Sliced
Beans:1/2 cup,sliced
Spring Onion:1 bunch,chopped
Pepper powder:1/4 tsp
Garlic:2 tsp,finely Chopped
Soya sauce:2 tsp
Vinegar :1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil:1 1/2 tsp
Preparation Method
1.Boil noodles in enough water.add salt and 1/2 tsp oil while boiling.Take care do not overcook.Once cooked strain them over cold water and drain out water completely. Keep aside.
2.Heat oil in a pan,add garlic followed by onion and saute for 2 minutes.
3.Add vegetables and toss them,cook for 2 minutes.
4.Add salt ,pepper, soy sauce and vinegar.Mix them well with vegetables.Keep tossing them until soft and crunchy.
5.Now add the boiled noodles and mix well.,Serve hot.
