Squid / Koonthal fry

Squids : 500 g
Turmeric powder : 1/4tsp
Chilli powder : 1tsp
Green Chilly : 2, slit
Ginger : 1 piece, finely chopped
Coconut Oil : 3 tbsp
Curry leaves : few
Salt to taste

Preparation Method
1.Wash the squids well and Cut them into squared pieces.
2.In a bowl mix the squids well with chilli powder,turmeric powder,tomato,salt,ginger, green chilly, and curry leaves.
3.Transfer it to a pressure cooker and with very little water cook them until soft.(Up to 3 whistles)
4.Heat a pan and add the cooked squid into the pan.Wait till the water absorbs .Now add oil and fry for few minutes.(Stirring frequently.)
5.Serve with rice..
