Marble Cake

All purpose flour/ Maida:1 cup
Cocoa powder:1 tsp
Sugar:1 cup
Eggs:4, separated
Butter:50g ,melted
Baking powder:1 tsp
Vanilla essence:3 drops
Preparation Method
1.Beat egg whites in a bowl at high speed using an electric mixer till frothy.
2.Add sugar and butter , beat for another 3 minutes, or till stiff peaks formed.
3.Add  egg yolks, one at a time, to the batter and mix well using the mixer.
4.Mix flour and baking powder using a hand whisk and sieve it two or three times.
5.Add the flour mix into the batter and fold well  using a wooden spoon.
6.Add vanilla essence and mix.
7.Transfer 1/3 of the batter to another bowl and mix it with 1 tsp cocoa powder paste.
8.Grease the cake tin with  butter and sprinkle some flour into the tin.
9.While pouring the batter into the cake tin , alternate between butter and Cocoa batter,add the batters to the center of the pot, overlapping each other, forming a concentric circles.
10.Steam cook (or bake )the cake and serve cooled.
