Vermicelli Barfi

Vermicelli:1 1/2 cup
Milk:2 cup
Sugar1/2 cup
Cashew Nuts:Few
Cardamom Powder:1    pinch
Preperation Method
1.Heat ghee in a pan, fry vermicelli till golden brown.
2.Add milk and sugar. Allow it to boil.
3.Keep on stirring till it leaves the sides of the pan.
4.Add cardamom powder and mix it well.
5.Remove from fire, transfer and spread it to a greased plate.
6.Garnish with nuts .Cool and cut into squares or diamond pieces.
7.Serve chilled.
